We have Skype for business configured as line 1 and Zoom as line 2. What we did notice during initial testing while gathering logs (and also has appeared on the Trio screen) was a low memory warning that appears quite frequently throughout the logs. This led us to suspect a resource issue on the Trio. What we did discover is that during the freeze, if we have one of the remote parties drop of the call, video resumes as normal and conftinues to work. We have also compared the configurations of the Trio and Vpro to that of all te other sites to ensure it is the same. I’ve had three counselors reach out to me today to report significant audio issues, below are examples: about 5 minutes into the call, the audio was so crackly we could barely understand each other. Video capture device is using the Zoom with 'Use Preset' checked and Preset: 1280x720 chosen. I've included a log file and I'll list my setup below, any help is appreciated. We have been running packet captures on the firewall and local LAN and cannot see any issues, and also changed the network config so that these devices go out our backup WAN connection to ensure it was not a bandwidth issue. I've hooked up a ZoomQ2n 4K camera to OBS and one minute into a recording video input freezes audio input recording continues. Look for the microphone icon in the bottom left hand corner. One possible reason is that your internet connection being slow is a factor thats why your video connection is lagging and freezes. We have been able to repeat this behaviour during testing. Check youre not muted: When you join a Zoom meeting youll normally have to click to activate the microphone, because youre muted. This only happens on our side (all other parties can still see us) and audio continues to function. Uninstall Zoom client and use the Zoom web version to attend a call. We are experiencing an issue whereby after ~30 minutes of being connected to a Zoom call with multiple other parties, the video we see from the other users freezes. These are some of the things that I did to 'isolate' the issue and figure out that I had a conflict between Zoom and my Router.
